Returns & Exchanges
All products in our store are subject to exchange, with the exception of underwear and swimsuits.
If the product you have received is not your size, taste or expectations, you can exchange the product.
For this change, send us an email to [email protected] notifying us of the reason for the change and we will respond as soon as possible with the address where you should send the products you wish to change. (The client must pay for shipping)
The products must be sent in the same conditions that the customer received the products, clean, with the original labeling and packaging, outside the package must include your name and order number.
When we receive the products, we will inspect them and send you a notification via email with a discount code without expiration for the amount of the products that you have sent us for the exchange so that you can spend it in our store at any time and valid for any of our products.
For WEAREFREE.DIGITAL Customer satisfaction is the most important thing, in this belief, we promise replacement or refund in the following situations:
Shipment of wrong item/wrong size/wrong address (different from the information provided, customer can change the delivery address only before 24hrs after confirming the order payment) damaged/item (damage can be clearly seen).
Other Money Refund Cirscuntances
- Stains: Obvious ink stains, stains or any other unknown stains on the garment or item with distorted design or markings and colors that do not exist in the original design of the product in the store.
- The product is out of stock: If the customer places an order on WEAREFREE.DIGITAL, but the product is out of stock or out of stock, the customer may choose to choose another product of similar price, credit or refund for the product or entire order.
Replacement or full refund
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
And the client must provide WEAREFREE.DIGITAL with the product link, photographs that demonstrate the factory failure.
In any of these conditions we will be responsible for replacing the product(s) at no additional cost to the customer or we will refund the customer’s money.
